At Sagelandhouse, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in Australia, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Shipping Locations

  • Sagelandhouse currently ships exclusively within Australia.
  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse at 85 Grose St, North Parramatta NSW 2151, Australia, and delivered by our local carrier partners.
  • This warehouse handles dispatch only and cannot accept returns. All returns are processed at our central returns centre in Ningbo, China.
  • Return shipping costs: Change-of-mind returns must be sent from Australia to China as an international parcel. The international return postage, and any customs fees for the return, are paid by the customer and are not refunded. Returns of faulty, damaged or incorrect items are free. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (Melbourne time, AEST/AEDT). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it is shipped by one of our carrier partners.
  • Transit time: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total delivery time: 6 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday) from the moment you place your order.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather or high-volume periods. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.

Orders with multiple items: If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages. Please allow 1 to 3 additional business days for the remaining packages to arrive.

  • Australia Post
  • DHL Australia

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia, with no minimum purchase required. There are no additional shipping charges for any product.
  • Final price: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
  • No charges on delivery: Because your order is shipped from within Australia, there are no customs duties, import fees or other charges on delivery.

Shipping Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
  • If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as your order has not been shipped yet.
  • Sagelandhouse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package on our order tracking page. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Issues, Damage & Lost Packages

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sagelandhouse.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Delayed or lost packages: If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of placing your order, or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send you a free replacement or a full refund.
  • You can also reach us through our contact form. We are here to make sure your order arrives safely.

These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
